Notarizations:

$10 per notarized signature PLUS Travel Fee

Additional Fee for After Hours & Holiday Signings

 

For Loan Document Signings:

$75 for first set of Loan Docs

$50 for second set

$25 per set of Loan Docs received electronically and printed

PLUS Travel Fee if more than 30 minutes round trip

Additional Fees for After Hours & Holiday Signings
